Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group is hiring a Service Advisor for Fay Myers location in Greenwood Village, CO. This full-time role offers a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with base pay plus commission.

You will greet customers, collect vehicle details, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the day. A minimum of 2 years in a related role or on-the-job training is expected, with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years technical experience or on the job training.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or customer service classes.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly.
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
• Reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Preparing complete and accurate estimates of labor and parts.
• Communicating with the technicians to keep workflow organized.
• Monitoring progress of each vehicle and updating customers regularly.
• Explaining completed work and charges to customers.
