Fields Auto Group in Glenview, IL seeks a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You greet vehicle owners, explain repairs, and coordinate scheduling, delivering professional service and a positive dealership impression.

You are the first contact for customers, ensuring smooth flow, accurate information, and friendly support within a family-owned dealership that values growth and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service.

• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities
