Job summary

Freightliner of Hartford is seeking Diesel Technicians with a minimum of three years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks. Applicants should have a solid understanding of heavy-duty truck systems and diesel engines. We are a certified training location offering on-the-job factory training.

Freightliner of Hartford is looking for Diesel Technicians with a minimum of three years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks. You need to have a general understanding of heavy duty truck systems along with an understanding about diesel engines and after-treatment devices. We are a certified training location for Freightliner and offer on the job factory training. We offer a great working envirnment and we are always looking for suggestions on how to improve our business. We have a monthly incentive program for our techs that could put an additional $1,000 per month in your pocket. Pay is based on experience and knowledge. Pay $30-$50+ per hour.

Position Requirements

You need to have your own tools and be able to move trucks around in the parking lot along with pulling trucks into the repair bay. CDL is not a requirement, but it certainly is beneficial.
