Job summary

Benson Nissan of Easley is growing its service department and seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will greet customers, explain repairs, prepare estimates, and stay in close communication with technicians to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Basic understanding of automotive technology and repairs.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.
• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain timelines for vehicle completion.
• Maintain communication between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.
• Work closely with a team in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.
