Role Description

The Service Concierge is a full-time, on-site role responsible for guiding clients through the entire service experience, from vehicle intake to final delivery.

This position combines customer service, service writing, sales, automotive knowledge, and relationship management. Responsibilities include understanding client concerns, creating accurate repair orders, coordinating with technicians, communicating inspection results and estimates, obtaining approvals, and providing proactive updates throughout the repair process.

At Limitless Garage, this role is about more than writing repair orders. It is about anticipating needs, removing friction, protecting the client’s time, and becoming a trusted automotive resource.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand vehicle concerns, and create accurate repair orders.
• Coordinate diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and timelines with technicians.
• Clearly explain digital inspections, estimates, and recommended services in an approachable, non-technical way.
• Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process.
• Help clients plan preventative maintenance and future vehicle needs.
• Coordinate scheduling, vehicle pickup and delivery, and other concierge services.
• Manage approvals, payments, and service documentation accurately.
• Support after-service follow-up and address client questions or concerns.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and reliable follow-through.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient workflow across multiple clients and vehicles.
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, sales, and organizational skills.
• Previous Service Advisor, Service Writer, dealership, or automotive repair experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable using digital inspection tools, shop management software, and standard office applications.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple clients and vehicles.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
