Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with service requests
  • Listen to customer concerns and help communicate their needs to the service team

• Communication:

  • Keep customers informed throughout their service experience
  • Provide updates about vehicle issues, repairs, and estimated costs

• Documentation:

  • Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings
  • Ensure all work orders are clear, complete, and properly filed
• Help schedule appointments and handle incoming service calls

Providetimely updates and follow-up information to customers

• Shop Organization:

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area
  • Assist with organizing technician workload and shop scheduling

• Follow-Up:

  • Reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns post-service

Technology Use

Utilizedealership service software to manage customer interactions and track vehicle history

• Adhere to Standards:

  • Uphold brand and dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

CDK experience preferred

Eagerness to grow in the automotive industry

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service or automotive experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license required
