Job summary

Karl Malone Powersports Hailey is seeking a Service Advisor to be the friendly face guiding customers through the service journey. You will set the tone from the moment a customer walks in, helping them through the service process and ensuring they leave confident and satisfied.

You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, relay concerns to technicians, and keep customers informed on repairs, costs, and timelines to deliver a superior experience and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems (or willingness to learn).
• Professional, positive attitude with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities
