Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Volkswagen drive. The role focuses on guest-facing service, writing up repairs, and delivering transparent estimates with a high standard of hospitality.

VW experience is a plus but not required; we train from day one. You’ll thrive in a multi-brand European store, earn strong commissions, and grow into senior advisor or service management roles within Swickard.

Qualifications

• From service advising, hospitality, sales or guest-facing roles.
• VW/European brand experience a plus; training provided.
• Clear, composed communicator who explains service needs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Volkswagen service guests -- from write-up through delivery.
• Translate repair information into clear communication that earns trust and sets expectations.
• Build accurate estimates, commit to timelines, and follow through on every promise.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety.
• Deliver a professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back.
• Maintain records in the DMS and uphold documentation standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
• Represent Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Service advisor experience preferred -- not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
• Volkswagen or European brand experience a strong plus -- familiarity with VW service processes and systems is an advantage we'll build on
• Clear, composed communicator -- able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps
• Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy multi-brand service operation
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
• Comfortable learning DMS platforms and VW service processes -- we'll train you from day one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A hospitality mindset -- in Anchorage, the people you serve are your neighbors, and they remember how you treated them
