Job summary

The Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated service supervisor to oversee drive lane flow, service orders, and daily technician schedules at our Algonquin, IL location. You will ensure prompt, courteous service and maintain customer satisfaction.

You will own the customer experience, coordinate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions, and work closely with factory relations to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and perform tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure daily technician time inventory is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department employees.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service staff.
• Reinforce company policies and standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with upper management on service department hiring and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department employees.
• Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
