Edmond Hyundai in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a detail-oriented Service Administrator to help keep the Service Department running smoothly. You will manage paperwork, maintain accurate records, and support the Service Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership or service department preferred.
• Experience in administrative, accounting, or office work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn dealership management software and accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate service department paperwork and documentation.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with daily service department accounting and administrative functions.
• Reconcile daily deposits and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Complete and process purchase authorizations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, credits, and other service department transactions.
• Assist with warranty and manufacturer-related administrative documentation.
• Monitor and maintain service department files and records.
• Assist with month-end and daily closing procedures.
• Verify paperwork and documentation before transactions are finalized.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, Accounting, and Service Management.
• Assist management with reports, spreadsheets, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Identify discrepancies and work with the appropriate department to resolve them.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and financial information.
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and accounting controls.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Service Management.
• Extended Warranty/Manufacturer Warranty Background preferred but not required
