Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Service Administrator to assist the Service Manager with customer relations and maintaining DOT compliance.

The role includes coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections, and warranty actions, with responsibility for DOT fleet safety and parts logistics. The position requires managing multiple duties in a fast-paced environment, ensuring equipment readiness, and supporting a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Maintains truck files and DOT compliance.
• Schedules/coordinates preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Acts as Safety Coordinator for DOT Fleet.
• Conducts weekly inspections of DOT Fleet.
• Monitors loading/unloading in Sunbelt Yard.
• Assists in warranty recovery process.
• Reviews closed work orders to verify warranty opportunities.
• Directs the supply of parts to shop, other branches, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains truck files and DOT compliance for Rental and Non Rental Fleet.
• Schedules and coordinates preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on Trucks.
• Performs Safety Coordinator duties for DOT Fleet.
• Conducts weekly DOT Fleet inspections.
• Monitors loading/unloading at Sunbelt Yard.
• Assists Service Manager in warranty recovery process.
