Job summary

Minnesota Inboard Water Sports is seeking a full-time Administrative Service Advisor for our New Germany Service Department in Minnesota. This role requires handling customer inquiries by phone and email, managing administrative tasks, and supporting service operations in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working under pressure. Experience with our product line and service processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record vendor and sublet invoices and categorize to repair orders or cost categories.
• Receive parts inventory and stock parts.
• Process factory warranty claims.
• Assist customers by phone and email with service needs.
• Write repair orders and schedule service appointments.
• Billing and electronic filing.
• Communicate service status to customers (ready for pickup).
• Obtain approvals to perform additional services as noted by technicians.
