Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or automotive environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy setting.
• Basic understanding of automotive services and terminology is advantageous.

• Verify accuracy of the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system and closed paid tickets.
• File all repair orders.
• Serve as a backup for the receptionist as needed.
