- Provide or coordinate technical support for customer issues, including equipment breakdowns and performance concerns.
- Introduce, manage, and renew service contracts to support recurring revenue growth.
- Conduct customer visits, provide training on equipment operation and maintenance, and deliver presentations to both operational and management teams.
- Monitor orders, manage pricing, and collaborate with internal sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry trends to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or a customer-facing role within a technical environment.

- Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys identifying opportunities and driving results.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Technical post-secondary education or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus; English is required.
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and potentially South America, approximately 1–2 weeks per month.
- Ideally based in the Central U.S., with a valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
