Kirlin-Way Mechanical: Service Account Manager

Kirlin-Way Mechanical is seeking a Service Account Manager in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, day shift position (Monday-Friday) with a salary range of $60,000-$90,000 DOE. The role has been live since May 11, 2025.

About Us: Kirlin-Way Mechanical is one of the nation's largest and most experienced mechanical contractors, specializing in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and maintenance. We lead in design build/design assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling, and quality control.

Scope of Work:

Responsible for customer development and utilizing the CRM platform to track project progression. The primary function is to service existing accounts while expanding the account base through additional service lines and referrals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop qualified maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects to ensure a steady flow of business. Maintain good relationships with current clients through periodic calls and entertainments.
  2. Prepare itineraries, make calls, follow up on sales leads, and gather information from clients regarding work nature, budgets, bid processes, and competition.
  3. Organize technical data, develop bid proposals, and make sales presentations to qualify for inclusion on bid lists or exclusive maintenance agreements.
  4. Assist in collecting delinquent accounts, resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Provide clear turnover details to Service Operations.
  6. This role requires driving for company-related tasks, and candidates will undergo a driving background check prior to hire.
Physical Requirements:

Must perform essential functions without significant risk to health or safety, including driving, moving in and out of vehicles, climbing ladders, and traversing steps and facilities.
