Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive (Service) to cultivate high-profile client relationships and deliver customized service solutions. You will work with sales and support teams to secure aftermarket contracts, manage key accounts, and drive growth across North America.

The role emphasizes service and maintenance projects, strategic outreach, and cross‑functional collaboration within our in-house integrated model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in general sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Confident phone presence and professional email communication skills.
• Ability to virtually present our products and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for service and maintenance contracts and projects.
• Identify sales opportunities through research and strategic outreach.
• Expand company presence within the industry.
• Conduct product training webinars for existing customers and prospects.
• Consult with customers as a technical resource on product offerings.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and services.
• Follow up on all sales opportunities and customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide general customer service for existing and new business accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
• Promote company services and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs across departments.
