Responsibilities

• Support Account Specialists with workflows for Service Agreement, QR, and RR.
• Maintain accurate account documentation including contact info and renewal notes.
• Assist with work order tracking and scheduling coordination.
• Handle customer communications for routine account needs.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and internal reviews.
• Ensure system records are clean across Vista, SalesManager, Unanet CRM, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Teams.
