East West Hospitality is hiring servers for The Lobby Bar at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. You will craft memorable guest experiences in a vibrant resort setting, delivering attentive service from greeting to goodbye and sharing knowledge on cocktails, wines, and pairings.

Duties Include:

You’ll help create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. More than simply taking orders, you’ll anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations, and deliver friendly, personalized service from the first greeting to the final farewell. Whether you’re suggesting a signature cocktail or ensuring every detail of the dining experience is just right, you’ll play an essential role in creating an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Schedule:

Shifts start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm

The perfect candidate will be at least 21 years old and have strong organizational skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a solid knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and ingredients. With exceptional social skills and the ability to manage multiple guest needs at once, they’ll thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Their confidence and attention to detail will ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
