Job summary

East West Hospitality is hiring a Valet for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in the Vail Valley. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide seamless front-of-house service to ensure a memorable arrival and departure experience.

The role offers year-round and seasonal/full- and part-time opportunities. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks are required.

• Maintain welcoming resort entrance and assist with bell tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, personalized approach.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety procedures.
• Drive Westin PUC vehicles for scheduled transportation between Eagle County Regional Airport and Vail.
• Assist with luggage handling, room deliveries, and other bell services as needed.
• Open doors, answer questions, coordinate with teammates, and perform physical tasks up to 100 pounds.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing courteous, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently while handling each vehicle with care and following established procedures.
• Drive Westin PUC vehicles to provide scheduled transportation between Eagle County Regional Airport and Vail.
• Assist with luggage handling, room deliveries, and other bell services to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Keep the resort entrance welcoming and organized by opening doors, answering guest questions, coordinating with teammates, and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds when needed.

Employment Type:

Year Round and Seasonal, Full and Part Time

Pay Rate:

$16/ hour + tips

Schedule:

Flexible schedule ranging from 6:30am - 11:00pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They are 25years or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. They must successfully pass a background and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and previous valet experience at a full-service resort is required.
