Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a server for our Arizona restaurant. You will take orders with handheld devices, serve food and drinks in a timely, accurate manner, and deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service skills are a must.

Base pay is $12.15 per hour plus tips, and servers can earn additional compensation through variable tips. Must be 18 or older.

Server Pay Rate: $12.15 + Tips Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.

Other Types of Compensation: Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).

Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
