Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Server in Arizona. You will take orders using handheld technology, serve food and drinks promptly, and provide a fun, satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is part of the Front of House team and requires excellent customer service.

Eligible for tips in addition to base pay; must be 18 or older. Flexible schedules, discounts for staff and family, referral bonuses, and other benefits are listed by the franchisee.

Server Pay Rate: $12.15 + Tips Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

RedRobin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Server: You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Must be 18 or older.

• Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.
• Other Types of Compensation: Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
• Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
• Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
• Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
