Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a friendly Server to join our Front of House team. You will take orders with handheld technology, serve food and drinks promptly, and create a fun, satisfying dining experience for Guests.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have excellent customer service skills, and can use a handheld POS system. This role combines teamwork with a fast-paced environment and offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn tips in addition to base pay.

Pay & Compensation

Server Pay Rate: $2.33 + Tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above. Other Types of Compensation: Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

Server: You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must.
