Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas is seeking a seasonal Server for our Winter Village dining experience. You will help create a welcoming, warm environment and take guests’ orders with care, ensuring accurate notes on allergens and special requests.

Deliver food and beverages promptly, build meaningful guest relationships, and stay organized to support timely service. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, parental leave, pet insurance, 401k match, student loan repayment, and more.

• Understand menu options and confidently recommend dishes and beverages
• Coordinate timing with kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks

• Maintain good organizational skills to handle busy service periods
• Carry and serve food and drinks safely and attentively

Requested Tasks

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
