The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Nashville is seeking enthusiastic servers to deliver all-day brunch service. You’ll help guests enjoy Breakfast and Lunch with a friendly, responsive approach, ensuring a memorable experience and a little extra something for every guest.

Job Summary

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests Each servers primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant languages of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of diningroom and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point of sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
