Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group seeks friendly servers to provide an exceptional dining experience across our brunch concept in a warm, fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and maintain dining room standards with a POS system.

As a Ruby Krewe member, you’ll emphasize the brunch lifestyle, deliver attentive service, and contribute to memorable experiences. This on-site role in Nashville offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 20–25 lbs.

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Embodies brunch life and adds a little lagniappe to create raving Ruby fans.
• Support daily dining room operations and menu knowledge.

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?
