Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking friendly servers to deliver an exceptional brunch dining experience. You will embody the brunch life, greet guests, and contribute to a welcoming table atmosphere. This role emphasizes day-time shifts, with opportunities for growth and increased pay as you gain experience.

The position requires basic math, reliable POS operation, and the ability to stand for extended periods while safely lifting trays. Duties may evolve as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to handle money.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle money accurately.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and safely lift trays weighing up to 20–25 lbs.
• Duties may change and grow with the role.

Job Summary:

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server's primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
