The Ruby Slipper Cafe is hiring servers to deliver friendly, efficient brunch service and create exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will communicate with a diverse clientele, handle transactions accurately, and support a lively team in a fast-paced environment.

We value the ability to stand for long periods, lift trays safely, and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brunch-life vibe of Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine restaurants.

Formación

• Friendly, responsive dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand guests in a diverse environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately.

Job Summary:

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests

Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions

Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)

Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
