OneSource Employment Solutions is seeking a friendly server to create a welcoming dining experience at Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and work with the team to provide attentive, efficient service.

This temporary position helps strengthen customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a hospitality setting.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and site procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and supervisors to support smooth service.

Work takes place in dining and food service areas and may involve extended standing and walking, carrying trays, bending, and reaching. Essential duties may be performed with reasonable accommodation.

Assignment Requirements

Employment and placement are subject to completion of OneSource onboarding, employment eligibility verification, any applicable lawful screening, PeopleScout and Aramark approval, and required orientation and site access steps.

OneSource will confirm the start date and schedule and provide written clearance before the employee reports to the worksite. Assignment length and hours depend on service needs and the approved work order.
