OneSource Employment Solutions is seeking a friendly server to create a welcoming dining experience at Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and work with the team to provide attentive, efficient service.

This temporary position helps strengthen customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a hospitality setting.

Mansioni

Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate requests to the appropriate team members.
Serve food and beverages promptly and check on guest satisfaction.
Answer menu questions and refer dietary or allergy concerns to the appropriate staff.
Respond to guest requests and help resolve service concerns, involving a supervisor when needed.
Set up, clear, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
Restock service supplies and help prepare dining areas for meals and events.
Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and site procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and supervisors to support smooth service.
