Salary Range: $17.13 - $17.97 hourly

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience
  • Skills in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail, and ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
  • Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
  • Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately
  • Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
  • Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies
  • Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly
Qualifications
  • Superior customer service and hospitality skills
  • Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
  • Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to guests and upsell
  • Knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests
  • Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience
  • Skills in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately
  • Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
  • Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
  • Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment

  • Comply with all specs, quality standards, and department rules and procedures
  • Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and customizing their experience
  • Maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
  • Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts

Education / Experience
Required
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and BWW policy
Preferred
  • Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant
