Job summary

Victory Brewing Company in Lenover, PA is hiring a Server to provide table service in our taproom, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering an outstanding hospitality experience.

You will learn about our beers and ciders, work with a collaborative team, use the POS system, handle payments, and keep tables tidy; you must be 21+, able to lift 20 lb, and stay poised under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a passion for hospitality and craft beverage.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed and respectful under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests timely as they are seated at the table and ensure the table is clean and stocked.
• Answer questions regarding ABV beverages and menu offerings.
• Communicate clearly with guests, teammates, and management.
• Take food and beverage orders and input them accurately through the POS system.
• Deliver food, beverages, and condiments to guests and clear tables.
• Process guest payments using the POS system.
• Assist with side work and maintain overall dining area cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
