Job summary

Victory Brewing Company in Kennett Square is seeking a Server Assistant to support the taproom team by delivering orders, clearing tables, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

This role requires strong teamwork, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You may lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally move kegs up to 60 pounds. Previous serving assistant or food runner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and work with urgency.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to taproom and kitchen cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move kegs up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean taproom by clearing glasses, plates, and silverware.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and items to guests.
• Assist with inventory and restocking server stations.
