Job summary

Victory Brewing Company in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Server who provides table service, takes orders, delivers food and beverages, and ensures a welcoming taproom experience. As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you will educate guests about our ABV beverages and reflect our brand values.

The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in orders, teamwork, and professionalism under pressure. Candidates should enjoy craft beverages, be 21+, and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for hospitality and craft beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests timely as they are seated at the table and provide a pleasant taproom experience.
• Take food and beverage orders and input them accurately through the POS system.
• Deliver food, beverages, and condiments to tables and clear plates as guests finish.
• Educate guests about ABV beverages and menu offerings; answer questions about processes.
• Process guest payments and assist with side duties to maintain cleanliness and flow.
