• Knowledgeable about menu items, promotions and beverages.
• Able to input orders in POS system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in POS.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Complete side-work including stocking and organizing supplies.
• Take and know inventory as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming per dress code.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
