Job summary

Wings N More Restaurants LLC is seeking motivated team members to provide friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, and accommodate seating preferences while maintaining a clean dining area and assisting teammates.

You will take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and process payments with accuracy. A welcoming send-off to guests completes every visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat all guests in a welcoming, friendly manner and accommodate their needs and preferences
• Process guest payments quickly and accurately
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system
• Provide guests with menus, inspect tables for proper presentation
• Maintain clean entrances, lobby, dining room, and restrooms
• Assist servers in stocking service stations and handling dishes
• Record guest names and party size when immediate seating is limited and manage wait times
• Take-out orders and communicate special seating requests
• Be flexible to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Thank guests and invite them to return

Clean and reset tables after guests leave. Process guest payments as quickly as possible. Provide positive, friendly send-off for departing guests.Greet all arriving guests warmly and promptly.Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party. Provide guests with estimated waiting time. Call out name and number of party when tables become available.Upon seating, offer guests a menu. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.Relay messages to servers as needed.Maintain clean entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms.Assist servers in maintaining and stocking service stations.Transport bus tubs with dirty dishes to dish room if dish machine if needed.Clean and reset tables promptly.
