Wings ‘N More in College Station, TX is seeking part-time kitchen team members to prepare fresh orders and ensure quality in every plate. You will scan tickets, fry, package and present wings, while maintaining safe cooking procedures and a clean workstation.

Responsibilities

• Scan and comprehend order tickets and abbreviations.
• Know when wings are perfectly done.
• Filter and refresh fryer shortening daily.
• Practice safe cooking procedures.
• Package orders into the final container with presentation.
• Provide a nice presentation of wings in the packaging.
• Know and execute ongoing cleaning procedures for the shift.
• Assist in unloading delivery boxes; lift up to 60 lbs.
• Keep kitchen clean throughout the shift.
• Clean at closing.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of our restaurant’s experience.

What You’ll Do

• Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets and abbreviations.
• Use good judgment to know when Wings are “perfectly” done
• Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily
• Practice safe cooking procedures
• Properly package the orders into the final container.
• Provide a nice presentation of wings in the packaging.
• Know, thoroughly understand and execute ongoing cleaning procedures for their position and shift.
• Assist in unloading delivery boxes. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Assist in keeping kitchen clean throughout the shift.
• Clean at closing.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of our restaurant’s experience.
