Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego is seeking a TEMPORARY Server to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service in a premium, high-volume environment. You will own your section, serve signature cocktails, and create memorable moments for guests in the Gaslamp Quarter.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of server experience in fast-paced venues, knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a charismatic, professional presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines and craft cocktails a plus.
• Strong guest-service orientation and the ability to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism.
• Upsell classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair.
• Connect with guests while managing high-volume service.
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with bartenders and barbacks to keep service flowing.

Your Mission

As a server, you’ll own your section like a pro, delivering signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.
