Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a guest-focused Sunset Bar server to provide exquisite food and beverage service in a luxury environment. You will connect with guests, share knowledge of items, and ensure a polished dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, including afternoons and evenings, and opportunities to upsell premium wines and dishes while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills are required.
• Guest-focused mentality and understanding of guest preferences.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Outgoing, confident personality and can-do approach to requests.
• Position requires standing for 8+ hours and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• English fluency is required for this location and US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and menu preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using the POS; confirm accuracy and anticipate guest needs.
• Deliver and clear guest food and assist with guest needs during service in a timely manner.
• Upsell wine and food items to achieve department sales goals.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
• Follow state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons service standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and daily side work.
• Ensure professional, courteous guest service with greeting and friendly demeanor.

About The Role
This position is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests' needs in Sunset Bar by providing expert knowledge of food menu items, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. What Is Sunset Bar
Legendary among Naples’ beach bars, Sunset Bar is the golden‑hour gathering spot where guests and locals come together to mingle as the sky transforms. Tropical cocktails and Latin‑inspired bites — from fresh ceviche to coastal tacos — set the perfect mood for the nightly sunset ritual. More on the casual side, the bar features relaxed outdoor seating and often hosts live music, making it an easygoing, breezy place to unwind by the water.
What You Will Do

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and information about menu items and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sale system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
• Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.
• Upsell patrons on higher priced wine and food items to achieve the sales goals of the department.
• Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments.
• Provide quick and efficient service, while following state and city alcohol laws and adhering to Four Seasons standards of service and sequence of service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, restaurant standards, and daily side work.
• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
  

What You Bring

• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

• This is a part-time position.
