Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Server Assistant to provide energetic, guest-oriented support to the Servers in our restaurant operation. You will help guests with water, bread, coffee and tea, and you will keep the dining area clean and prepared for service.

The ideal candidate has prior fast-paced F&B experience, strong multitasking and excellent communication skills, and a confident, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment; high-end restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking ability and clear communication with server/bar team.
• Good communication skills required due to direct guest contact.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a can-do approach.
• Stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea; replace silverware; clear dishes; anticipate guest needs.
• Perform opening and closing side work; set tables; maintain stations; break down buffets as needed.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the specified party size.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient guest service to every guest.

About The Role:

Legendary among Naples’ beach bars, Sunset Bar is the golden‑hour gathering spot where guests and locals come together to mingle as the sky transforms. Tropical cocktails and Latin‑inspired bites — from fresh ceviche to coastal tacos — set the perfect mood for the nightly sunset ritual. More on the casual side, the bar features relaxed outdoor seating and often hosts live music, making it an easygoing, breezy place to unwind by the water.

What You Will Do:

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service,coffeeand tea throughout the meal to guests.Replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishesandanticipatingguests’needs,and communicating with teammembersbefore requests are made.

• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.Set andmaintainstations, breakdown any buffets, displaysandcheckstationsduringservice orasneeded.

• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them forthe specificnumber ofguests.

• Always ensure a clean,neat,and organized work area.

• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered,whereeach guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring:

• Previousexperience in a fast‑paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experiencerequiredwith high end restaurant experience preferred.

• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.

• This role has direct contact with guests and as such,good communicationskills are a necessity.

• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.

• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Fluency in English isrequiredfor thislocationand this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
