Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver an elevated beverage experience at Sunset Bar. You will share expertise on wines, spirits, and cocktails, while engaging guests with warmth and attentiveness.

This role fits a fast-paced, luxury hotel setting in Naples, FL. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of luxury-bar experience, strong English communication, and the physical ability to stand long shifts and lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end bar.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-focused service.
• Position requires standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks, including origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Ensure quick, efficient beverage service and proper pouring according to recipes and laws.
• Confirm guest orders, anticipate needs, and suggest alternatives.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently to resolve concerns.
• Assist in drink development, promotions, inventory, and garnish preparation.
• Follow bar policies and daily checklists to maintain service standards.

About The Role:

This position is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests’ needs by providing expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. The Bartender is responsible for assisting with product inventory, bar supplies, and objectives that managers set for the bar. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craft cocktails, guest connection, and delivering an elevated bar experience. What Is Sunset Bar?

Legendary among Naples’ beach bars, Sunset Bar is the golden hour gathering spot where guests and locals come together to mingle as the sky transforms. Tropical cocktails and Latin inspired bites — from fresh ceviche to coastal tacos — set the perfect mood for the nightly sunset ritual. More on the casual side, the bar features relaxed outdoor seating and often hosts live music, making it an easygoing, breezy place to unwind by the water.

What You Will Do:

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of wine list, classic cocktail recipes and specialty drinks.
• Provide quick and efficient beverage service, proper pouring and mixing according to established recipes while following state and city alcohol laws and adhering to Four Seasons standards of service and sequence of service.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the Servers using the resort’s point‑of‑sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
• Handle any requests in a courteous and efficient manner, responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in drink development, promotions/special events, product inventory, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments, and any other related task.
• Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists. Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably within a luxury hotel and/or high‑end bar environment.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills required.
• Guest‑focused mentality and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.
• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a part‑time position.
