Responsibilities

• Accomplishing a set list of side work duties in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all State, Federal and local laws pertaining to sale and service of food and beverage.
• Monitor actions of guests and staff to ensure health and safety standards.
• Assist servers by running food/drink orders, expedite food, bus, pre-bus, set tables, fill waters, retrieve bread, and communicate information to the table’s server.
• Work cohesively with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness within the outlet including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning tables.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accomplishing a set list of side work duties in a timely manner
• Responsible for adhering to all State, Federal and local laws as they pertain to the sale and service of food and beverage products
• Responsible for monitoring the actions of guests and staff ensuring proper health and safety standards are met
• Will be available to assist servers by running food &/or drink orders, expedite food, bus, pre-bus, set & pre-set tables, fill waters, retrieve bread and openly communicate information to the table’s appropriate server
• Works cohesively with other team members and good communicator
• Maintaining specified levels of cleanliness within the outlet including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning tables of food

• Performs other job-related duties as directed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds).
• Ability to bend, squat, and reach to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels.
• Good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts.
