Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort is seeking an Outlet Server to deliver warm, knowledgeable service across dining and bar outlets. You will take orders, serve courses and beverages, and anticipate guest needs to help maintain luxury standards.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery and high guest satisfaction. The role requires a friendly demeanor, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling occasional heavy trays.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification as required by the applicable jurisdiction.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and verify guest age in accordance with applicable law and property policy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on occupancy.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

JOB SUMMARY

The Outlet Server delivers warm, attentive, and knowledgeable food and beverage service across the dining and bar outlets at the property. This role takes orders, serves food and beverages, and anticipates guest needs to create a memorable dining experience that reflects the property's luxury standards. The Outlet Server contributes directly to guest satisfaction, service scores, and outlet revenue through attentive service and suggestive selling. Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and outlet team, this position ensures every guest is well cared for.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Language requirements are confirmed by property at the time of posting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification as required by the applicable jurisdiction.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and verify guest age in accordance with applicable law and property policy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on occupancy.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or resort service experience.
• Bilingual ability appropriate to the property's guests.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems.

• Work in a fast-paced environment during peak service.
• Work in indoor and outdoor dining areas with exposure to heat and sun consistent with the property's climate.
