Marquette Hotel - Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking an enthusiastic Server to be the dining room’s MVP. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and keep the service area polished while adhering to safety and company playbooks.

This role emphasizes energy, personality, and top-notch service. Key duties include guiding guests through the menu, handling transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and taking accurate orders to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of menu ingredients, dietary needs, and drink/service guidelines.
• Delivering food and drinks quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Managing multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and service smooth under pressure.

• Accuracy Ace: Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, with attention to detail that keeps orders spot-on and guests happy.
• Table Tactician: Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and your cool in high-pressure moments.
• Payment Pro: Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols like a seasoned cashier.
• Cleanliness Champion: Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat.
• Stamina Specialist: Stay energized and on your feet - lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's Card) as per state regulations.
