Job summary

Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in Minneapolis seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the dining team and elevate guest experiences. You will oversee service from lounge to banquet, coach staff, and ensure smooth shifts with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a related degree.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.

• Admin Ace: Behind the scenes, you handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.
• Quality & Promotions Pro: You ensure food looks and tastes excellent, create fun promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
• Communication & Problem-Solving Hero: You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly, ensuring satisfaction.
• General Go-Getter: You analyze reports, attend meetings, and jump in wherever needed, bringing versatility and positivity to the team.
