Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Restaurant Server, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

Key Accountabilities

• Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds. With your own signature flare, you’ll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guest.
• Own your responsibilities in the restaurant – assist with supplies, equipment, and ensure cleanliness.
• Report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, complying with local laws.
• Assist with cleaning and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Enhance guest experience by addressing queries and providing advice.
• Wear your uniform with pride.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required to support the team.

Key Skills & Experiences

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), involving bending and kneeling.
• Good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and alcohol service; minimum age requirements; fluency in the local language.
• Excellent communication skills; warm, welcoming, and approachable.
