Job summary

Wake Robin in Shelburne, VT is seeking a part-time Server / Resident Dining Assistant to join our Dining Team. You will provide friendly, attentive service to residents in a restaurant-style setting and contribute to a warm dining experience. Evening shifts from 4:00 p.m.

to close (around 8:00 p.m.), weekdays and weekends, are available. Previous server experience is preferred but not required; we train strong candidates focused on outstanding customer service and working with seniors.

Our Waitstaff help to create a fine dining experience for our residents in a restaurant-style environment that rivals most area establishments. Experience as a server is preferred but not required. We will train applicants who demonstrate strong customer service skills and a desire to work with an active population of seniors.

The ideal candidate will have availability to work evening shifts — 4:00 p.m. to close (approximately 8:00 pm) — including weekdays and weekends.

The pay range for this position is $18.25-$22.27/hour

(Starting salary is determined based on candidate's experience, education, and relevant skills as well as internal equity considerations.)

Due to our vulnerable resident population the COVID vaccine is highly recommended but not required.
