Job summary

Silver Birch Living is hiring a Server to join our Culinary Team in Fort Wayne. You will help create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for residents and guests, seating them with a friendly attitude and taking orders efficiently.

You will be part of a close-knit team that values meaningful work, recognition, and growth opportunities, with a focus on patient and resident-centered service in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Basic food safety knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals.
• Assist with dishwashing when needed.
• Help keep the dining room clean and welcoming while providing great customer service.
