Silver Birch Living in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Server to join our Culinary Team, helping create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for our residents. You’ll seat guests, take orders, ensure meals are served on time, clear tables, and support dishwashing as needed, while delivering friendly, attentive service in a welcoming environment that values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Basic food safety knowledge expected.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.

• Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals.
• Assist with dishwashing when needed.
