Job summary

Silver Birch Living’s Avondale community invites friendly, dependable servers to join our Culinary Team, delivering home-style dining with the service and warmth of a sit-down restaurant for our residents.

In this role you’ll welcome residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, set up and stock the dining room, ensure sanitation, and provide respectful customer service that makes every resident feel at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages.
• Set up, clean, and stock the dining room for service.
• Load and unload the dish machine and assist with dishwashing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service that makes residents feel at home.
