Job Summary

Our club is seeking a friendly and experienced server to provide excellent customer service to our members and guests. The server will work closely with the Club Manager and kitchen staff to ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Operations
  • Winter: Alpine Club & Schaffer's Camp – Northstar, Pool Deck Social Club– TMC Pavilion
  • Summer: PJs – Gray's Crossing, Pool Deck Social Club – TMC Pavilion, Old Greenwood & Gray’s Crossing Golf Outlets
Duties
  • Arrive to work in uniform and ready to work on the floor as scheduled.
  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and maintain a warm and friendly interactive service atmosphere.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address member/guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Take orders directly from guests for food and beverages and serve using proper etiquette.
  • Serve food in the proper sequence according to etiquette and order of course.
  • Greet guests by name whenever possible.
  • Pre‑buss, buss, and reset tables.
  • Report to and receive instruction from the supervisor regarding daily events, section map, daily cleaning assignments, etc.
  • Know regular menu and special menu items, descriptions, and pricing for the day.
  • Perform all side work and set up duties for each meal period.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of special events and functions.
  • Follow all club policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Report any complaints or problems directly to the service manager or director.
  • Be responsible for having own adequate change or bank at the beginning of each shift.
  • Balance own sales report and assigned cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Prepare sales envelope with daily sales at end of day, and turn into reporting manager.
  • Help others when needed, performing other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Language/Communication

Must read and speak English; must be able to work as part of a team, maintain open communication with managers and coworkers, respond to common inquiries or complaints, display professional demeanor, and communicate in professional language at all times.

  • State accredited Alcohol Training thru RBS
  • SERVsafe Certification
  • Harassment Prevention Training
  • Workplace Violence Prevention
  • Heat Illness Prevention
  • All other required onboarding checklists, orientations, and policy acknowledgements must be completed within the first 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and reach overhead. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
